The hypothesis represents 34 years of research. Diana (CNS, endocrine system regulation of the vascular system) and Julie (metabolism/acid base balance) have been collaborating for the last 15 years and complement each other with a background in the pharmaceutical industry and academia respectively. The Pharmphood trademark was registered in 1996 and is designed to emphasize the importance of acid base balance/oxygen in homeostasis, as well as the need to see food as medicine.
A modern lifestyle with high levels of stress may have an adverse effect on our health, particularly if we become infected. Using the SIA system as a tool in research and development, we want to ensure that the advantages (quick food/more effective working time) are supported by a range of products and services that may be used in times of infection and stress as a complement to conventional medical treatment.
